Founder / Director and senior counselor Peter Weisz (Dip Psych. HND. BACP.)

from London, England, obtained his Higher National qualifications in psychodynamics

(the study of the subconscious mind), counseling, analysis and therapy, under the auspices of the British Association for Counseling and Psychotherapy

over a 6 year period during the 1990s.

He has worked at a number of private clinics and treatment centres since 1998 in the UK including the world renowned PRIORY CLINIC in London and also in South Africa since his relocation in 2007. He has written a number of articles

on the subjects of various therapeutic treatment methods

and has given talks in many institutions throughout the U.K and South Africa.

With over 20 years of knowledge and experience he has developed his own

personal, unique analytical approach to treatment, which combines methods

from various different schools of practice, both traditional and modern

and have proved to be highly successful.

Peter, who is himself a recovering addict and trauma victim, established

One 2 One Therapeutic Support in early 2016 primarily to offer an alternative and affordable form of assistance for alcoholics, drug addicts, trauma or abuse victims, persons suffering from chronic stress or anxiety, depression, anger problems, mood swings, or persons with eating disorders or self-harm issues, who had little other choice on how to

address these matters, other than going to rehabilitation centres,

which are generally quite expensive and ineffective in the long term, seeing psychiatrists or unqualified holistic therapists, or by taking a variety of prescription medications that also came with the downside of

various damaging side effects.
